On-Street parking surrounds Himeji Ramen & Izakaya Japanese Restaurant in Grote Street. All a short walk. Some are metered parks, operating during certain hours of the day.
Just west of us you'll find the Central Bus Station U-Park Carpark and across the road the Adelaide Central Market U-Park. Both are within 4 minutes walk of our front door, located closer up toward Victoria Square, opposite the Hilton Adelaide.
The Glenelg to Hindmarsh Entertainment Centre TRAM passes through the heart of Adelaide. Get off in Victoria Square next to the Hilton Hotel and walk around the corner into Grote Street to find Himeji Ramen & Izakaya Japanese Restaurant, on the right hand side opposite the Hilton Adelaide.
Adelaide Metro Bus Stops D2 & D3 (Grote Street Nothern side city inbound) and Stops W1 & W2 (Grote Street Southern side city outbound) are only a couple of minutes from our front door. Plus Stop U1 in Victoria Square West is just around the corner.

We offer Japanese Izakaya style food and traditional Japanese cuisine with real Japanese authentic atmosphere and slow jazz music.
Ramen & Izakaya Himeji is particular about ingredients, and offers highest grade Sushi & Sashimi, Australian premium Wagyu (Platinum Label Full-Blood Wagyu which is very rare in Adelaide), and in-house made Ramen noodles.
We have a large range of over 50 different kinds of Sake, Shochu and Umeshu that are even rare in Japan. Yamazaki, Hibiki, Hakushu and Kakubin from Worlds No. 1 award winning Suntory Whisky are available too.
For Sushi & Sashimi, we offer Kingfish from South Australia, local fish from Adelaide, Sea Urchin and Salmon from Tasmania, King Prawn from Western Australia, Swordfish from Queensland as well as premium seafoods such as Alfonsino, Snapper, Scampi and etc. from New Zealand which has similar climate condition to Japan.
Black Fin Tuna Belly, Scallop from Hokkaido, and other seafoods from Japan are also on our menu.
