Construction for the Pitt Street Upgrade is part of the Market to Riverbank link project.  

Key features include two-way access, wider footpaths, outdoor dining, trees,raised southern roadway, removable bollards, two access parking spaces.

Works may take place between 6am-6pm Monday to Saturday with no works occurring on Sundays.  

Construction works are expected to be completed by mid-2024.  

Pitt Street will remain open for business and will continue to be accessible.
