Uniting Communities have just announced that the U City Building, on the corner of Franklin and Pitt Streets, Adelaide, has taken out the Good Design Award for Social Impact in Australia's International Good Design Awards.

The Awards, presented by Good Design Australia, are the highest honour for design and innovation in Australia.

U City has been recognised as a world-first, radical mixed-use building that is helping break down barriers and offer better wellbeing for residents, tenants and clients.

Uniting Communities' project partners were Woods Bagot and Built.
