The Honourable Lord Mayor attends launch - Councillors Franz Knoll, Simon Hou and Robert Simms at the launch of the Grote Street art installation with the Honourable Lord Mayor Sandy Verschoor.
In 2021 The Year of the Ox the Grote Business Precinct activated the Grote Street entrance to Moonta Street with a free standing art installation. Families and friends were welcome to take selfies as the art piece is interactive.
The official launch took place on the 16th February 2021 just in time for the Gouger Street Party on Saturday.
The Hon. Jing Lee MLC and The Hon. Lord Mayor Sandy Verschoor attended the launch with City of Adelaide Councillors and members of the Grote Business Precinct.
Congratulations to Artist Ms Lin Min from "Colourful Forest Art Studio" for her fantastic design. Lin has been teaching drawing at Chinese Welfare Services for 6 years.
